FoneSPARK takes customer privacy very seriously.

FoneSPARK will not sell, rent, or otherwise distribute your personal information without your express permission.  FoneSPARK is a brand owned by Financial Web Consulting, LLC (dba FIWEC).  All information you collect about people through your FoneSPARK account (e.g. cell phone numbers, names, addresses, etc...) is your property and is not used by FoneSPARK in any way outside of your own use of the service. 

If we (FoneSPARK or FIWEC) ever send you marketing information by text or email that you'd rather not receive, we will include an opt-out option so you can have your address removed from our list. Note that this does not apply to transactional messages, such as sending you an invoice when you make a purchase.

All your private data is transmitted using secure socket layer (SSL) encryption. Our servers do not store your credit card information. It is saved with PayPal, one of the most reputable credit card payment processors in the world.

Like most sites, FoneSPARK makes use of browser "cookies," which are small text files placed on your computer's hard disk by our server and help us improve your experience. 

FoneSPARK may publish web links that allow you convenient access to third-party websites. Such links do not indicate our endorsement of the full content of these sites, and FoneSPARK is not responsible for the content that may appear therein. Please consult those sites' privacy policies in order to determine how they treat user information. The same applies to sites that link to us, with or without our knowledge.
